                T D Fitchett - just down the road from here. I used to use them frequently in the days when I played with spitfires. A recon box is about £395 so if they can recondition them they must have the spares.

                    MOC member since 05/97
                    1984 Marlin Roadster SWB.
                    1800TC, Unleaded ported head, stage 2 cam. Ford Type 9 gearbox, Dolomite Sprint rear axle fitted with MGF disc brakes.
                    Three core radiator, Renault Clio vented front discs.

                            Plenty to do Tony Trust you cleaned the O/D filter while you were there. I would also recommend changing the core plugs, at least the ones on the back of the head and block. Once the engines back in the car they are almost impossible to do.
